Facilities for Patients & Visitors

Overnight accommodation

We can offer overnight accommodation for the relatives of patients being admitted to hospital or for patients who attend the hospital for regular treatment. We can also provide facilities for patients who have to travel a long way to attend the hospital for complex investigations or treatment, but who do not need to be readmitted to a ward. Please ask the ward staff if this accommodation would be suitable for you, or your relatives, at any stage of your treatment. The accommodation is in Guest House on Pinewood Residency, close to the main hospital buildings. You may contact the residence manager on tel 4225 - 5225.


Telephones
There are payphones on the ground floor of the Outpatients Wing.

Shop/ Namache Bazaar
There is a Guild Shop selling gifts and hospital souvenirs on the ground floor of the Outpatients Wing near the main entrance. 

On the ground floor of the ISIC building, selling flowers, and selling sweets, cold drinks, newspapers and toiletries. They are open from 9am-5.30pm on weekdays and 9Am-4pm on weekends. 

Reception/information desks
There is a reception desk inside the main entrance. It is open 24 x 7 everyday.

Canteen
There is a Canteen inside the main entrance area near Administration.

Cash point
There is a cash point adjacent to admission counter inside the main entrance area of the hospital.

Bank / ATM
There is an ATM machine outside the main entrance and ICICI Bank, Vasant Kunj branch is inside the hospital area.

Post box
There is a post box near the hospital.

Refreshments
Light refreshments are available from the tea bar run by the RKHS Service on the ground floor of the second entrance Wing. It is open Monday to Friday, 10am–4pm and serves hot and cold meals for staff and visitors. It is open 11.45am–2pm and 4pm–8pm. The coffee shop on the ground floor of the same building serves hot and cold drinks and light refreshments 24 hrs. 

Auditorium
Set in the First Floor of the ISIC Hospital, the Auditorium is used for the international and national conferences and hospital's annual function every weekend one show for a good movie for patient's and attendants. More>> 

Opening times: The Auditorium is open Tuesday to Friday, 10am-4pm (closed over Christmas and New Year, Easter and public holidays).
